Get Back on Track

After telling everyone about my half marathon plans I have had the worse training week.   We have had just tons of rain, and boy was that the perfect excuse not to walk.

Now I am going to get back on track rain or no rain, as it isn’t that far away.   I have said this all out loud to everyone and now I am committed, if  I wasn’t before.

Help me by asking me point-blank how much did I train today?
